This page explains how organisers monitor registrations, handle lifecycle updates, and export attendee records.
View all registrations
Open event dashboard and navigate to attendee/registration views to inspect each submission.
Filter and search
Use event-level tools to inspect recent submissions, duplicates, and registration status distributions.
Manually cancel a registration
Organiser-side actions can update registration status when policy requires cancellation.
Export attendee list
CSV export is available in event-level operations.

Automatic waitlist promotion trigger
Promotion is triggered by capacity increase endpoint logic:
- increase capacity
- select oldest waitlist entries
- mark selected rows confirmed
- update counters atomically
